What is the catch?

Here's the catch, and you likely won't even know it's happening!

We will be constructing 3 additional rooms at the back of the hotel. 

With the exception of leaving the property by car, you won't see any construction due to the layout of the hotel.

The rooms available to rent are all Ocean facing, and the work is happening on the road side of the property.
