• Non-refundable 50% deposit to confirm your reservation upon booking.

• The remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment by Credit Card, Paypal or US Bank transfer is accepted. Please note Paypal incurs transfer fees of 5.5%.

• Cancellation Policy :

  • Cancellation between 30 - 21 days - 30%of total returned.

  • ​​Cancellation between 20 - 11 days - 20 % of total returned.​​

  • Cancellation 10 dazs or less before arrival - Full amount forfeited.

• There are NO ATMS in El Transito

• Regretfully we cannot offer refunds on delayed flights, weather or sickness. We recommend you purchasing travel insurance to cover any incidents or illnesses whilst travelling.

• We do not allow pets on the premises. Please note we have 5  dogs on the property who are free around the property 24 hours a day. We do not chain our dogs, however they are very guest friendly!​​​
