RENTAL RULES

  • We take a non-refundable 20% deposit to confirm your reservation upon booking.

  • The remaining 80% will be accepted upon arrival. Payment by Cash or Paypal or US Bank transfer only please. Please note Paypal incurs transfer fees of 5%. 

  • If you are booking a bespoke or All Inclusive Week final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

  • There are NO ATMS in El Transito and we do not have a card machine on the premises.

  • Regretfully we cannot offer refunds on delayed flights, weather or sickness. We recommend you purchasing travel insurance to cover any incidents or illnesses whilst travelling.

  • We do not allow pets on the premises. Please note we have three large guard dogs on the property who are free around the property 24 hours a day. We do not chain our dogs, however they are very guest friendly!

  • Self Catered guests are liable to pay for any breakages or damage to the property due to negligence or disorderly behavior.
