We've been doing this a long time; with over 9 years on Super Yachts all over the world, our Head Chef leads an amazing team to ensure our guests are always enamoured with the plates set in front of them. We can happily cater to any dietary requests and comfortably cook for large groups with advance notice.

Nicaraguan coffee, Fresh local fruits, Granola and Yoghurt, before feasting of a cooked meal of Creamy Scramble eggs from local free range chickens, Avocado and Marinated Tomatoes.
Breakfast is available from 7am - 9am everyday unless a specific time is requested.

For our All Inclusive guests, dinner is served family - style
at 7pm every evening using the freshest and most locally sourced ingredients. Let our chefs delight you with a huge variety of creative dishes, honed from years of experimenting with different cuisines.
Room-only guests are invited to choose from our "La Mesa" Menu, featuring dishes put together
using seasonally available local produce to recreate flavours and dishes from around the world.
When it comes to drinks we take real pride in offering something that few places do in Nicaragua;
Handcrafted cocktails using only fresh fruits and ingredients,
homemade sugar syrups and premium International liquors. We can resolutely promise no "pre-mixed" cocktails. Not here. Ever.
