DINE ON FRESH
We take a lot of pride in every dish that comes out of our kitchen and delight in our guests enjoyment and love of our food.
Our Restaurant serves a set menu each day, created with you personally in advance of your arrival. This means all dietary requirements can be handled without disappointment, and importantly, less wastage of food. Supplies are purchased weekly in Managua and to ensure guests satisfaction, we ask for any specialty items to be requested ahead of time.
The restaurant is of course, reserved solely for guests staying at Mandla, ensuring a premium level of service, and highest quality ingredients everytime.
We kickstart the day with cafetières of Nicaragua's finest coffee and breakfast of your choice. Choose items from our Breakfast Menu such as Tropical Coconut Fruit Bowls or Homemade Fresh Breakfast Bagels.
Lunch is usually enjoyed at the pool or in"The Alcove" - picture an ice bucket with a pale bottle of French Rosé, and sides of Oysters & Ceviche, whilst guests tend to take Dinner up in the Rancho or around the bar for a South African "Braai"
Our homemade cocktails are created before your eyes and can be adjusted to suit your preferences.
All simple syrups and infused liquors are made in-house and we use fresh fruit and herbs in all our drinks. If you have a personal favorite that isn't on the menu, just ask, and we'll be happy to oblige!
